WOOF
This custom order set of salt and pepper shakers modeled after Louie the beagle was a lot of fun, with a little frustration mixed in. This is the first time made shakers by sculpting the form first and then hollowing them out, which I think made them way more realistic and fun. The thin legs and tail on Pepper Louie had some cracking, but he got another turn in the kiln and was fixed right up!

A catfish, a piranha, and a trout walk into a bar…
Building off of the fishing lure keychains, we have three wall-mounted fish heads for you to hang your keys from. Making these taught me a lot about form and let me mess around with glazes, so expect to see some more fish in this sea soon!
